As you may know, I recently moved from Pittsburgh, PA to Charlotte, NC – and that was the perfect time to re-evaluate my client workflow.  One of my main tools for my workflow is Dubsado, which you can check out here.

One of the great things about Dubsado is that they are always releasing new features.  One of the most anticipated features that they recently released is their scheduler!

While I am always striving to streamline my booking process, I just couldn’t wrap my head around how to use this scheduler for allowing my clients to book their sessions – as the location we choose determines if it’s a morning or evening session or even if it’s a Sunday morning only option for certain city locations.

I’m super excited to share with you the solution that I came up with, an easy process that takes the client from inquiry to booking to the session with just one manual entry by me – the rest is all automated in Dubsado.

Dubsado is available as a free trial for an unlimited time if you have three or fewer clients.  Use code hairofthedog for a 20% savings on your first purchase!   Check it out here.
